About us

The Green Guesthouse project was born at the end of 2012 with the aim of creating an eco-friendly facility capable of offering its guests a simple service, attentive to everyone's needs and above all respectful of the environment. 

Our goal is to involve guests in responsible management of natural resources, which are by no means inexhaustible, and to help reduce carbon dioxide emissions into the atmosphere, trying in our small way to contribute to the reduction of the greenhouse effect. 

For this reason, we have installed a photovoltaic system on the roof of the building, which not only allows us to produce all the energy needed to run electronic equipment, air conditioning systems, water heating, etc. throughout the year, but even to feed the surplus into the grid, so that it can also be used by other people. 

We have chosen all electrical systems, not based on cost, but on their performance and efficiency, in order to further reduce consumption without compromising comfort. The lighting is low consumption or LED, we collect rainwater from the roof runoff in two large tanks and reuse it to irrigate the garden greenery during periods of drought. We are able to manage temperatures automatically and constantly monitor them to ensure maximum comfort with minimum resource consumption.

Managing things in an eco-sustainable way often does not mean giving up something, on the contrary! We try to offer our guests everything necessary for a relaxing, pleasant, and hopefully memorable stay. We select suppliers not only based on the quality of their products but also according to the environmental policies they adopt.

Every day we try to improve, also thanks to your suggestions.

Thanks to our constant commitment, in March 2013 we obtained the environmental label managed by Legambiente Turismo.
